Main responsibilities of the Job
1) Manage the Strategic marketing process for the company.
2) Monitor and control the marketing budget.

Main responsibilities of the Job
1. Develop and facilitate the network of site HSSE practitioners
2. Delivering support to the organization to ensure HSSE regulatory compliance is maintained by monitoring
the requirements of all interested parties (e.g. governmental agencies, local authorities, insurance
Companies, Group, etc.) and by assisting with the development and management of regulatory compliance
programs for HSSE related topics
3. Partner with business and functional leaders to establish/enhance crisis management response, including
incident investigation to ensure thorough root-cause analysis and comprehensive corrective action
4. Report serious incidents to the relevant functional heads and liaise with local authorities for investigation
and inspections when required
5. Carrying out regular inspections and audits
6. Organize the HSSE risk and impact analysis and ensure local action plans are implemented
7. Develop and maintain the HSSE Management System
8. Ensure a policy of continuous improvement is applied to HSSE
9. Define, implement and monitor a yearly HSSE action plan at each site.
10. Deliver HSSE training to managers and employees
11. Collect, analyze and track performance KPIs for continuous improvement and Group reporting

Main responsibilities of the Job
1) Oversee & responsible for all maintenance activities of the complete plant. Worked at any plant having a conveyor application.
2) Should have hands-on experience in working on tool settings, reading drawings and setups, etc.
3) Able to understand and do parts replacement, Study parts life, metallurgy of working parts, costing knowledge of parts replacement and new optimization to run the plant efficiently
4) Should understand the dependency of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and other interface of machinery and its impact on performance if doing any changes.
5) Knowledge of Electrical panel boards, power configuration for motors, DG set, wiring diagrams, Isolators, NO/NC switches, PLC, auto signal, and conveyor applications.
6) Fabrication, Cutting, drilling, grinding, and machining knowledge to do at the plant or outsource and get done at outside workshop.
7) General maintenance of office, electrical items, facilities, civil work, plant structures, etc
8) Should be conversant with Air assisted systems, compressors, nozzles, airlines, spray systems etc
9) Good Knowledge of maintenance of mobile equipment and its components along with AMC & CMC terms, co-ordination with equipment supplier or service team.
10) When there is a rotation of shift support production team, support logistics team, and support QC team.
11) Reports preparation & Mail communication on maintenance, monthly readings, co-ordination for ordering new parts, quotation, compliance with local electricity department, bills /work verification of external contractor, electricity department etc.
12) Work independently in his function with less involvement of manager support and give desired output set up by company from time to time.

1. Key Purpose Statement
● Lead and improve the company’s Supply Chain Demand Management and Control processes including but not limited to Sales, Inventory, and Demand Forecasting, Non-productive inventory Management and demand planning parameters.
● Act as a site ambassador for Operations and Supply Chain Change Management and
Digitalization.

2. Outputs & Accountabilities
● Drive the full Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in the Country /
Region:
- Organize and coordinate the S&OP framework (meetings, reports,
presentations, demand collaboration, deviation analysis plan vs. demand)
- Create monthly signed-off sales forecast and push into ERP
- Monitor, improve and set the targets for demand-related KPIs (eg. Forecast Accuracy; providing reporting to a granular level on deviations)
