Main responsibilities of the Job
1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier.
2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in Punjab & Himachal Pradesh
3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B
in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER Product specified.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative) – To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
– To develop and maintain the dealer network
– To have good negotiation and decision making ability
– To have good coordination with external agencies
– To extend the Marketing activities in the region

Qualification:- MBA with Marketing

Age:- 26-30 (Male/ Female)

Experience: 3-6 years (Officer/Sr. Sales officer). Preferably worked with architects, interiors,

builders along with development of channel network.

Skills: Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel,

Word & PPT

Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)

Geographic Knowledge: Mandatory working experience in Punjab & HP should be able to travel

extensively.

Location: – Candidate should be based at Jalandhar

Main responsibilities of the Job:
1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier.
2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in 4 districts of South Kerala region.
3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B
in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER Product specified.


Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative):
– To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
– To develop and maintain the dealer network
– To have good negotiation and decision making ability
– To have good coordination with external agencies
– To extend the Marketing activities in the region

Experience: – 3-6 years’ of experience in Building Material Industry. Preferably worked

with Architects, Interiors, Builders along with development of channel network.

Skills: Smart, dynamic, willing to travel to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word &

PPT

Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)

Geographic Knowledge: Working experience in Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kollam,

Trivandrum areas.

Location: – Candidate should be based at Trivandrum

3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B
in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER Product specified.


Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative)
– To have good coordination with external agencies
– To extend the Marketing activities in the region
– To do research and identify new business opportunities and generate leads
– To identify growth areas, trends and do the competitor analysis

Qualification:- MBA with Marketing

Age:- 25-30 (Female)

Experience: 2-6 years. Preferably worked with architects, interiors, builders along with

development of channel network.

Skills: Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel,

Word & PPT

Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English, Hindi & local language)

Geographic Knowledge: Mandatory working experience in Pune, Mumbai, Nashik & Thane and

should be able to travel extensively.

Location: – Candidate should be based at Mumbai/Thane

Main responsibilities of the Job: 

1) To extend technical support to the Sales Team at sites and projects. 
2) To organise training programs for the Roofer team & Fabricators 
3) To conduct RoofPro program & certify roofers 
4) To be well versed in AutoCAD drawings 
5) Educate roofers and customers to use a complete roof system 
6) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with Builders, Government Authorities and Contractors 
7) Troubleshoot product and laying issues at site and provide quick solutions to customers.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative): 

– Train a certain number of roofers in a year. 
– Identify and solve site issues related to the customer’s roof or the product at a minimum
amount of time. 
– Test new products at the project sites and give valuable data points to the development
team.
– Locate and identify new projects and do a technical feasibility study

Challenge associated with the job :

– Travel to various cities and identify prospective contractors having interest in roofing. Develop
them to become a trained roofing team
– Giving quick solutions to issues arising at project sites.

Qualification: Civil Engineering with Post Graduation (preferable) 

Experience: 10-12 years’ of experience in the Building material and construction
industry. 

● Good technical experience and having a good network of Roofing contractors. 

Skills: Managerial, Technical skills, leadership, analytical and problem solving, decision
making, sound judgement and good business sense 

● Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English, Hindi & local language) 

● Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable 

Location: – Bangalore 

Territory: India

Main responsibilities of the Job:

3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B
in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get BMI MONIER Product specified.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative):
– To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
– To develop and maintain the dealer network
– To have good negotiation and decision making ability
